Flora Petillo is the President of AlignMed Partners (AMP), a multi-state medical practice dedicated to providing compassionate and collaborative post-acute care through its team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. A board-certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, Flora has extensive clinical experience in post-acute care, primary care, wound care, and pain management

Deanna Rolland is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience providing clinical nutrition care and management in the long term care and rehab settings. She has served as past president of the Delaware Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and remains committed to advocating for nutrition in public health.

Associate professor in the Duke University School of Nursing, and a Senior Fellow in the Duke University Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development. Her research aims to understand and improve the processes that facilitate nursing staff implementation of evidence-based mobility/movement best practices that target common, yet seemingly intractable geriatric conditions, such as facility-acquired pressure injuries/ulcers.
