We are a patient-centered inter-professional team that serves the post-acute care community as the source and voice to guide in quality wound and skin prevention and management, through collaborative evidence-based education, practice, and advocacy.
Our Vision
A new paradigm for wound management that shifts away from the medical-centric wound focused approach and towards a patient-centric approach. A new post-acute wound management framework that leverages evidenced based practices and team expertise to address the complexity of the wounded patient and what matters most to them.
