This Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will tell you about the kinds of personal information and other data we may collect from you via www.pawsic.org and other PAWSIC and SIG operated websites where this Policy is made available (the "Sites"), how such information is used, how it is shared, and choices you may have regarding the handling of your information.

Donor Information Collection and Use: In addition, whenever you make a gift using the Sites, Personal Information and other data may be requested on a form. The information requested includes name, address, and payment or financial information, such as a credit card number and expiration date. This information is used to obtain payment from the appropriate clearinghouse. The details of your gift, including your name and mailing address, will be entered into our donor database.
Cookies and other Tracking Technology: PAWSIC, its SIGs, or our service providers (e.g., Google Analytics) also may automatically collect certain data as you use the Sites and navigate elsewhere online, such as your IP address and other data about your internet connection, your operating system, browser type, and any devices or technology you use to access the Sites, as well as usage data about your interaction with the Sites. Personal Information may be transferred in the event there is a change in the ownership of CHS. If this occurs, PAWSIC and its SIGs will make reasonable efforts to cause any successor to agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.
Choices: If you would like to request the ability to access, review, or edit any Personal Information that PAWSIC and its SIGs may have collected about you, or opt-out of receiving further information from PAWSIC and its SIGs (subject to any applicable legal exceptions), please contact us using the information at the end of this Policy. PAWSIC and its SIGs may refuse any request made regarding collected Personal Information if it is unable to verify the identity of the person making the request or if it cannot authenticate the legitimacy of the request using reasonable efforts.

However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat any security measures and improperly collect, access, steal or modify your information.
