You pay one annual rate for each center or facility in your organization. Every site receives its two transferable Premium seats and unlimited Basic memberships for staff, however large that staff is.
The rate steps down as you grow
Six tiers across two Circles. The more centers you bring, the lower the per-center rate, and the Enterprise Circle adds onboarding, annual reporting, and measured ROI.

Flexible payment plans are available on request. Additional discounts and sponsorships may be available based on organizational need and funding availability, including for individual sites and smaller organizations.

What does transferable mean for the two Premium seats?
Each center designates two Premium members, typically a clinical lead paired with an education, quality, operations, or administrative partner. If one of them leaves the role, the seat moves to their successor at no charge, so turnover never costs you the seat.
Who counts as Basic staff?

What happens if we add centers mid-term?
Rates lock for the contract term. Centers added mid-term join at your organization's applicable tier rate for the remainder of the term.
